Welcome to Dawn’s Pet Paradise. Based in Hensall (between Selby, Goole and Pontefract), we offer trusted, loving care for your furry, feathered and four-legged friends. I’ve spent years caring for a wide range of animals, from dogs, cats, and rabbits to parrots, horses, pigs, ducks, and chickens and also owning a horse at a livery yard for 15 years.

Welcome to Dawn’s
Pet Paradise
Hi, I’m Dawn – the heart behind Dawn’s Pet Paradise in Hensall, North Yorkshire.
Caring for others has always been a part of who I am. Before starting my pet care business, I worked as a Deputy Manager in a care home, where I developed a strong sense of responsibility, compassion, and attention to detail.
While I loved my role, I made the decision to follow my true passion – working with animals – and turn my lifelong dream into a reality.
