Dawn’s FAQs

Caring for others – whether people or pets – has always been at the heart of what I do. Before starting Dawn’s Pet Paradise, I worked as a Deputy Manager in a care home, where I developed a strong sense of responsibility, compassion, and attention to detail. When the time came to follow my true passion, I turned my lifelong love of animals into a business dedicated to giving every pet the same care and comfort they’d receive at home.

Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience with a wide variety of animals, from dogs and cats to rabbits, parrots, horses, pigs, ducks, and chickens. Whether it’s walking, boarding, or drop-in visits, I understand that every animal has its own personality and needs.

Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about our services, how we work, and what you can expect when your pets stay with us.
